AILET Exam 2025 Eligibility Criteria

For B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)

  • Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
  • Age Limit: No upper age limit.
  • Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing for 12th exams in 2025 can also apply.

For LL.M.

  • Educational Qualification: Must have completed LL.B. or equivalent with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
  • Final Year LL.B. Students: Eligible to apply.

For Ph.D.

  • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Law with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
