Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) is a Deemed-to-be University located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It was established in 1996 by Dr. Manojranjan Nayak, beginning with the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER). Originally affiliated with Utkal University and later Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), it achieved Deemed University status in 2007 under the UGC Act.

Over the years, SOA expanded into a multidisciplinary institution with various constituent institutes in engineering, medicine, pharmacy, management, law, agriculture, and more.
