History

Established in 1993 by Dr. Kamal Ghanshala as the Graphic Era Institute of Technology (GEIT), the institution initially focused on engineering and allied sciences. In 2008, it was granted the status of a deemed university by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Over the years, GEU has expanded its academic offerings and infrastructure, evolving into a multidisciplinary university with a global outlook.
